MM Engineers were commissioned by Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services to deliver infrastructure assessments, feasibility studies, and detailed design documentation for the proposed new Early Learning Centre in Lurnea.

The project aims to address the growing demand for childcare services in the local community by providing a safe, modern, and vibrant learning environment for young children. MM Engineers conducted a comprehensive assessment of the existing site infrastructure and services, identified key opportunities and challenges, and developed cost-effective, future-ready engineering solutions to support the project vision.

MM Engineers provided electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and fire protection services.
