MM Engineers was engaged by Mosman Council to develop comprehensive commissioning and maintenance schedules for a portfolio of the Council’s key community and operational buildings. These assets include:

• Balmoral Baths

• Bowling Club

• Civic Centre

• Council Depot

• Drill Hall

• Mosman Library

• Marie Bashir Centre

The objective of this project is to ensure that all mechanical systems within these facilities are properly commissioned, regularly inspected, and maintained in accordance with best industry practices. Our tailored schedules are designed to maximise system performance, extend asset lifespan, and support the long-term sustainability and reliability of Mosman Council’s infrastructure.
