Iglu Mascot Stage 2

MM Engineers have been engaged by Hickory to deliver construction design documentation for the Iglu Stage 2 Mascot project. This major development forms part of a broader initiative to create a contemporary, safe, and convenient living environment for students.

The new 12-storey building will feature 305 student accommodation rooms, complemented by a range of communal amenities, including a café, meeting rooms, and media spaces. Known as Iglu Mascot II, the facility has been designed to foster a vibrant student community while delivering modern, high-quality accommodation options close to key transport links and services.
